HANNA consists of two major components. At the Heart of HANNA is the Resident Tracer (RT) program. Second is our friendly Info Center.

HANNA Users

The users of HANNA are only authorized members whose agency must be a Public Housing Authority, Section 8 Agency, Community Development Agency, or some other designated agency with an assigned HUD HA ID, i.e. TX388, that operates a federally subsidized housing assistance program for low-income families.

For security, the number of agency user ID's is limited by the size of the agency, as listed on the application form. Due to configuration, a Medium-High to a Very Large HA may request additional user ID's. The request can be done right on the application form.
