How HANNA Works for You
The Resident Tracer (RT) program is a one-of-a-kind searchable, user-friendly, and powerful database program providing reliable family information on both citizens and non-citizens. RT networks all agencies together, thru the program, allowing you to access valuable up-to-the-minute information on family eligibility status for or previous tenancy performance in housing assistance programs.
Resident Tracer contains 3 important distinct sections for the administrative and executive staff.
First, is the Search section, where authorized members Search the database by SSN, Alien Registration Number, or HUD AID number, for all types of valuable up-to-the-minute family eligibility information on collection losses, evictions, and unfavorable terminations provided by authorized members in your region and from across the country and the US territories. Included in the search results are an individual's previous use of the EID benefit and any declined application information from other agencies.
A search conducted on very Applicant or on Residents during every annual exam, returns results that allows the staff to save time and money on further processing or to more confidently allow admission to, continued occupancy in, or family participation in the housing assistance program.
Second is the Decline section, where authorized members Add and/or Edit data on the reason(s) for declining any applicant or the removal of an applicant from the waiting list.
Third is the Move Out section, where authorized members Add and/or Edit data on EID benefit use, collection losses, evictions, unfavorable terminations, and tenancy performance on all Resident move outs. The inputted information is immediately available nationwide to authorized members for eligibility searches.
Low-maintenance is a key feature of RT. After adding data authorized members use the edit function when an input error occurs. The decline, eviction, unfavorable termination, tenancy performance, and EID benefit data are all date sensitive, and information removal is automatic at the appropriate time. Authorized members Remove collection loss information only when the debt is completely satisfied. The Remove function gives the authorized members total control of all available data by allowing the member to remove all or part of the data at any time.
Additionally, RT allows the staff to manage their decline information, collection losses, evictions, unfavorable terminations, tenancy performance, and EID use through the List function. The List function provides a separate listing for each area from the inputted agency data. Each list sorted by agency or user ID then ordered by one of several variables.
RT allows the staff to monitor the use of the earned income disallowance benefit. The staff enters data as residents use the benefit. A listing of current residents use of the benefit is produced. As the residents move out, you change their status, and the information on benefit use is then available to other agencies.
Finally, No other agency can affect any data you entered or view your data listings. Your staff can only list information your agency entered. Access by other authorized members to your information is limited to the results of the SSN, Alien Registration Number, or HUD AID number searches.
